This is a concept made by Tabu magazine. They made a study that showed that every citizen has less then 3 m green space aroud him in Bucharest.
They installed this sphere in the middle of the city at the University square and left it there guarded for a couple of days. It should illustrate how much 3 sqm are and how everyone should feel. VIP's were invited to broadcast live to the internet from inside.
